Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These terms apply when you use Workomap. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Workomap.

1. Who we are

Workomap is operated by an individual established in the European Union. You can contact us at tan.gravam@gravam.com.

2. What Workomap is

Workomap is a public map of SAP professionals. It is currently free to use and in early access, which means features can change, break or be withdrawn. We make no promise that the service will be available without interruption.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Workomap account or to join the map; joining confirms that you are. Browsing the public map does not require an account. Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use and for everything done through your Workomap account. One person may hold one account.

4. Your profile is public

If you put yourself on the map, your profile information is publicly visible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. The exact list of public fields is in our Privacy Policy. Only publish information you are comfortable making public.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write, such as your “About” text. By publishing it on Workomap you give us permission to store, display and distribute it as part of the public service — that permission ends when the content is removed, except for copies we are legally required to keep or that remain in third-party caches outside our control. You confirm that what you publish is accurate, that it is yours to publish, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional background;
  • create a profile for someone else without their knowledge, or add data about people who did not join;
  • scrape, bulk-extract or systematically harvest profiles or map data;
  • use automated access that places an unreasonable load on the service, or work around our rate limits;
  • attempt to identify or re-identify individuals in the aggregate map data;
  • post unlawful, misleading, hateful or harassing content;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

7. Removal and suspension

You can ask us to remove your profile and delete your account at any time by emailing tan.gravam@gravam.com. We may suspend or remove a profile that breaks these terms, that appears fraudulent, or where we are legally required to. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

8. No warranty

Workomap is provided “as is”. Profile information is supplied by the people who join; we do not verify professional claims and we do not guarantee that any information on the service is accurate or current.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or lost data arising from your use of Workomap. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will communicate material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Workomap after a change, the updated terms apply.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which the operator is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
