For recruiters and hiring teams
Workomap is a map of SAP professionals who put themselves on it. It is built for them first: every profile is published by the person it describes, and nobody is listed without joining. This page is the honest account of what that gives you today.
What you can use today
- The map — where SAP communities are, by city and country, with a breakdown by SAP area and role. It is an aggregate view: a pin is a community, never a person.
- Public profiles — each member has a page stating their city, SAP role, up to three SAP areas and the year they started with SAP. They are indexed, so a search engine finds them by name.
- Location pages — a city or country page appears once its community is large enough to show, and is indexed once it is larger still.
- The vocabulary — the SAP areas and roles Workomap uses are the ones practitioners use. If you brief on them, you and the market are describing the same job.
What Workomap deliberately does not do
- No contact channel through the product. Reach a member the way they chose to be reachable — the link on their own profile.
- No search by name inside the product. Profiles are indexed, so a search engine does that job; a name search here would behave inconsistently under the privacy rule below and teach the wrong lesson about what the map is.
- No export, no bulk access, no recruiter accounts. A person joined a map, not a database.
- No counts below five. A community appears only once five or more people are mapped in it. A group of four and a group of none look exactly the same, on purpose — see how counts work.
How this grows
The map is early. Coverage grows city by city as professionals join, and a place becomes visible only when enough of them have. If SAP hiring in a particular market matters to you, the most useful thing you can do is tell the SAP people you already work with that the map exists.
If you want to say what would make this genuinely useful — the filters that match how you actually brief, the markets you hire in — write to tan.gravam@gravam.com. It goes to a person, not a funnel, and nothing about you is stored here.
