SAP CO T-codes: the working list

SAP CO is the controlling module: cost centers, internal orders, product costing and profitability analysis. This page lists the CO transaction codes controllers and consultants use most, grouped by task.

Each line gives the code as you type it and what it does. Project work with CJ20N is here too, since projects settle through controlling.

What changes in SAP S/4HANA?

In S/4HANA, controlling and finance share the Universal Journal. Cost elements are G/L accounts with a cost element category, kept in FS00, so KA01 and KA06 are gone. Cost center, internal order and allocation codes remain. Margin analysis, the account-based profitability analysis, is the default; costing-based CO-PA is optional. Public cloud uses Fiori apps only.

29 codes. Any code's title can be checked in the system itself with SE93.
