SAP HR T-codes: the working list
SAP HCM, often still called SAP HR, covers personnel administration, organizational management, time management and payroll. This page lists the HR transaction codes HR teams and consultants use most, grouped by task.
Each line gives the code as you type it and what it does. Payroll codes use the international version; country versions swap the two-letter code in the name.

What changes in SAP S/4HANA?
SAP HCM can run on S/4HANA on-premise through the compatibility pack until the end of 2030, and SAP offers SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA as the on-premise successor. The PA, PT and payroll codes stay the same there. Many companies move core HR to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central instead, which has no T-codes.
25 codes. Any code's title can be checked in the system itself with SE93.
